* Experienced Registered Service Manager
* Location: Carmarthenshire
* Salary: £49,000 plus bonus
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage all aspects of the residential service, fostering a positive and inclusive organisational culture.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including CQC, CSSIW, and CI, maintaining excellent inspection records.
* Oversee staff team through effective leadership, coaching, and development to deliver outstanding care.
* Manage service registration with relevant regulatory bodies and ensure ongoing compliance.
* Implement and uphold the organisation’s values, policies, and procedures across the service.
* Build strong relationships with local authorities and commissioning bodies to support service delivery and development.
* Monitor quality standards and undertake regular audits and spot checks, including outside normal hours if necessary.
* Promote learning and development opportunities for staff, facilitating funded qualifications and career pathways.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Proven experience working with people with learning disabilities and autism.
* Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including CIW and CQC requirements.
* Experience managing a large residential care service.
* Current CIW registration.
* Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification or studying towards it.
* Previous experience at the deputy manager level or above.
