Electrical Contracts Manager
We are currently looking for an Electrical Contracts Manager to join a well-established electrical contractor.
The role will involve estimating, pricing and managing electrical projects, primarily within the commercial & Healthcare sector, with some industrial projects also undertaken.
You will be responsible for overseeing projects from initial enquiry through to completion, managing contracts with values of up to £3.5 million.
Key Responsibilities
* Estimating and pricing electrical works
* Managing electrical contracts from start to finish
* Overseeing multiple projects and ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
* Liaising with clients, subcontractors and internal teams
* Monitoring project progress and resolving any issues that arise
Requirements
* Previous experience working for an electrical contractor in a similar role
* Experience managing electrical projects up to £3.5m
* Strong estimating and commercial awareness
* Experience within commercial & Healthcare projects (Industrial experience beneficial)
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work well within a small team environment
Salary & Benefits
* £55,000 - £80,000 per year depending on experience
