Experience and Qualifications A relevant Art-related degree (Fine Art, Textiles, Photography, Graphics, etc.) PGCE or QTS in Art & Design A passion for creative arts education with high expectations for students Reflective, organised, and motivated to develop as an ECT Ability to contribute to wider school culture, such as exhibitions and art clubs Salary The salary for this Art ECT position will be paid to scale MPS/UPS, with ECT induction fully supported.
