You be joining a fast-paced team and have the chance to learn new skills and develop your knowledge, all the while increasing your opportunity to earn bonus.
We are looking for someone who can already fit wheels and tyres, but is looking to develop to be able to complete more complex repairs to wheels and tyres in line with recognised manufacturer's methods, whilst maintaining the high standards our customers have come to expect. Our ideal candidate will want to take their existing skills to the next level, and we will be happy to discuss earning potential in relation to your experience.
Job Opportunity
Key responsibilities include:
* Tyre fitting.
* Wheel refurbishments to include inspection reports, repairing the damage and maintaining equipment.
* Keep an accurate log of tyre stock and sales, and ensure stock levels are correct at all times.
* Maintain standards in the workshop and ensure that old tyres are removed.
* Take ownership of the condition and cleanliness of the tyre fitting equipment.
Essential Skills
* Experience in a similar role, preferably in an official manufacture.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Willingness to learn and desire to progress.
