Responsibilities
* Attend project handover meetings and manage delivery from start to finish
* Write and manage site programmes
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality
* Manage labour, supervisors, and subcontractors
* Ensure H&S compliance across all sites
* Work closely with the commercial team and QS on variations and cost control
* Oversee 4-5 live projects valued from £25k-£2m
* Report directly to the Managing Director

Specialist commercial interior fit‑out contractor. Projects ranging from £25k-£2m. Work includes schools, offices, and local authority projects.
Requirements
* Strong technical knowledge of internal trades
* SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified
* Minimum 5 years' management experience
* Good IT and reporting skills
* Full UK driving licence
