About the role
Leicester Audi is currently recruiting for a Business Manager to join their growing team.
As a Sytner Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing all aspects of the Finance & Insurance department. You will be at the core of all sales enquiries and will develop the sales team. You will ensure that every customer understands their obligations, doing so with integrity and fairness.
Sytner Business Managers work flexible patterns, which can include weekends, to provide the highest levels of customer service.
About you
If you are a high-achieving Sales Executive, Sales Controller, or Business Manager with sound financial and commercial understanding, we would love to hear from you.
Ideally, you will have an outstanding work ethic, be able to lead from the front, inspire colleagues, and drive performance in finance and add-on sales. Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with experience working as part of a team with shared objectives and personal goals.
Please note that automotive Sales Executive experience is a threshold requirement for this role.
