With extensive knowledge of the dormant asset landscape and expertise in the documentation required for asset recovery from financial institutions, we guide executors through every step of the asset recovery process. Our goal is to provide peace of mind and ensure that no inheritance is left behind.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Administrator to play a key role in supporting the growth of our business. This position combines strong administrative accuracy with a proactive, customer-focused approach. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining CRM data to ensure quality and reliability, identifying and engaging with Executors of estates, and driving communication strategies that generate new opportunities.

The role involves drafting informative letters and emails, managing customer communications to agreed timelines, processing incoming sales contracts, and ensuring prospects are followed up promptly to maximise conversion. You will also handle inbound calls with professionalism, offering initial advice and spotting opportunities to add value.

Key Responsibilities:

· Proactively manage and maintain CRM data to identify, qualify, and engage with Executors of estates with unclaimed assets, ensuring a strong pipeline of opportunities.

· Draft tailored, persuasive communications to identified individuals that highlight the value of engaging with our services, with the aim of converting leads into clients.

· Set and manage CRM tasks to support timely, targeted follow-ups that move prospects efficiently through the sales process.

· Issue communications in line with set customer communication timescales, ensuring a consistent and professional customer journey that builds trust and drives engagement.

· Handle incoming telephone calls with a customer-first attitude, providing initial advice, identifying opportunities, and directing calls to appropriate colleagues where necessary.

· Collaborate across departments to support wider business needs while always keeping sales growth and customer satisfaction front of mind.

· Accurately process incoming sales contracts, ensuring quick turnaround and minimal delay to revenue recognition.

· Consistently follow up on leads, overcoming objections, and working to close prospective sales, with a focus on meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Demonstrate a results-driven mindset by tracking progress against KPIs, taking ownership of personal sales performance, and contributing to team success.

· Attend face to face meetings with executors of estates.

Qualifications:

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

· Full driving license.

Preferred Skills:

* Experience in inbound call centre or tele-sales environment.
* Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices.
* Ability to adapt and build rapport with a diverse range of customers.
