Very fast paced and varied - no 2 days are the same They are currently recruiting for a PA to support the founder as well as the wider team. Job Role: Key Central Person for Facilitating Company on day-2-day basis working directly with Managing Director and located in The Wellness and Beauty Clinic, new headquarters for the business. Positive Can-Do Attitude Structured and Good with People Skills Microsoft Office, Gmail and Social Media Proficient Helpful to have some knowledge of accountancy software, (Xero system but not essential). First line for calls/emails to the company before passing onto relevant person within company. Key Conduit between Sales Team, Marketing and Suppliers (UK and Foreign) Booking hotels, transportation of goods, events, and congresses. Coordinating with end customers on service and maintenance of their equipment Ensure Smooth Logistics in Supply Chain – Importation of Medical Devices, Accountability for Storage of Equipment -Literature in UK local storage, delivery of Equipment when Purchased or Rented Interest in Medical Science would be useful – knowledge of Biology would be beneficial. In future could get more involved in marketing if candidate interested in expanding role Improving structure to grow from SME to larger company. Assist with ensuring key deadline dates are hit with accountants, MHRA, HMRC, FCA, NEST pensions and other organisations by the company.
