Job Title: Executive Assistant

Reporting to the AVP Solution Consulting, CRM EMEA, this role will also support the Senior Director, CRM Sales Central EMEA, and the Senior Director, Executive Strategy.

Responsibilities:

1. Schedule appointments, plan meetings, and maintain complex and changing calendars, working through scheduling roadblocks.
2. Draft and prepare routine and advanced correspondence, including emails. Review outgoing correspondence for accuracy, format consistency, signatures, and conformance with executive procedures.
3. Assist leadership by optimizing usage of time and making decisions regarding short-term priorities and work activities.
4. Arrange travel, ensure compliance with company procedures, and support organization in obtaining necessary travel documents, including visas and passports. Maintain leadership expenses and credit card reconciliation.
5. Identify organizational issues and facilitate solutions.
6. Assist internal departments with onboarding new hires, including setup, expense reporting, and travel systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Experience as an Executive Assistant in a large organization.
* Highly organized with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects across various management levels.
* Professional demeanor with strong soft skills.
* Positive, personable, and proactive attitude.
* Proficiency in Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Box, Concur, and Google Docs.
* Experience handling confidential materials.

Additional Requirements:

* Experience with AI integration into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including using AI tools, automating workflows, or analyzing AI-driven insights.
