Key Responsibilities Recruitment and Onboarding processes. HR Administration: Accuracy rate in maintaining employee records and processing HR documentation. Supporting and assisting leadership on HR related matters. Skills And Experiences What you'll bring A minimum Certificate IV in Human Resources or a minimum 2 years' experience. Understanding of employment legislation awards and workplace laws. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity. Desirable Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role. Eligibility/other requirements Successful completion of a National Crime Check. Valid NSW Driver’s Licence.
