Are you a pharmacy technician who is passionate about innovation and wants to be at the heart of a major digital transformation in NHS medicines management? This is a rare and exciting opportunity to take a leading role in shaping the future of how medicines are prescribed and administered at Salisbury District Hospital.
As our EPMA Lead Pharmacy Technician, you will join the Pharmacy Digital Care Team – a forward‑thinking, multidisciplinary group working at the cutting edge of NHS digital innovation. You will work directly with pharmacists, clinicians, nurses, and IT colleagues to implement and continuously improve our Electronic Prescribing and Medicines Administration (EPMA) system across the Trust.
This is more than a pharmacy technician role. This is a chance to lead, influence, and leave a lasting legacy. You will help design safer systems, train colleagues across the hospital, and drive real improvements in patient safety – all while developing your own skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
