Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based across Devon and Cornwall for an ASHP (Air Source Heat Pump) Engineer. The ASHP Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air source heat pump systems. The position also involves providing exceptional service to clients, adhering to safety standards, and ensuring energy-efficient solutions for residential and commercial spaces. Collaboration with team members for project planning and readiness is an integral part of this role.
Qualifications
* Experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP)
* Proficiency in diagnosing technical issues and providing effective solutions
* Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, including heat exchange principles
* Strong communication skills to engage with clients and team members effectively
* Knowledge of renewable energy systems and energy efficiency best practices
* Commitment to health and safety regulations and standards
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in plumbing, heating systems, or electrical engineering are a plus
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for job sites
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
