About the Role: Youll be joining a close-knit team and working directly with the Finance Manager to support day-to-day financial operations across several businesses. This role will offer variety and hands-on experience with scope for progression as the business continues to grow. Key Responsibilities, Accountabilities or Duties: Your role will include the following: Assist in processing purchase ledger invoices and credit notes, ensuring timely supplier payments and accurate cost allocation in the General Ledger Assist in processing sales ledger invoices and credit notes, ensuring clients are invoiced promptly and income is correctly recorded Support the processing of payment requests, ensuring deadlines and financial checks are met Reconcile invoices against charges on the in-house system Organise your own workload effectively to meet set deadlines Assist with administrative tasks including post, filing, and ad hoc projects Deliver high-quality customer service across all communication channels (in-person, email, phone, Teams) Present financial information in a format appropriate for its audience Proactively contribute to team targets and deadlines, managing your workload while supporting colleagues during absences Work flexibly and demonstrate a collaborative team spirit Assist with intercompany transactions and reconciliations Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience.
