The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Digital Content Curriculum Designer to join a growing organisation based in Worcester. This role offers the opportunity to design and develop high-quality digital learning content for apprenticeships, Higher Technical Qualifications (HTQs), and commercial programmes.
You’ll take ownership of creating engaging, industry-aligned learning journeys, working closely with curriculum leads and subject matter experts.
This is a hybrid role, with at least two day per week in the office.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Designing and developing high-quality digital and blended learning content across Levels 2–5
* Creating engaging eLearning modules, digital resources, and workshop materials
* Embedding interactive and innovative learning approaches, including simulations and scenario-based learning
* Researching topics to ensure content is current, relevant, and industry-aligned
* Collaborating with curriculum leads, subject matter experts, and internal teams
* Ensuring content meets required quality, compliance, and regulatory standards
What We’re Looking For
* Experience designing digital learning or training content
* Knowledge of the FE and Skills sector
* Strong project management and organisational skills
* Understanding of data, technology, and emerging digital tools (including AI)
* A proactive, collaborative approach with a focus on quality and learner engagement
