The Role
* As the VP of Planning and Coach, you will:
* Develop and implement strategic plans to support business growth and align with global objectives.
* Lead and deliver executive coaching programs, ensuring a high standard of excellence and fostering a results-driven coaching culture.
* Drive operational improvements to maximize program effectiveness and client satisfaction.
* Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
* Identify and integrate innovative, AI-driven solutions to enhance coaching services.
* Mentor and develop senior teams to align with the company’s vision and strategic goals.
Candidate Profile
* 10+ years of senior management experience in coaching, consulting, or executive leadership.
* Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and operational excellence.
* Strong leadership, team development, and stakeholder management skills.
* Commercially astute, with a collaborative and hands-on leadership style.
* Experience with technological innovation, ideally including AI integration.
* Excellent communication skills.
