Duties
* Prepare and serve food items in accordance with company standards and food safety regulations
* Assist with food presentation and ensure cleanliness of workstations
* Take orders from customers, serve food and beverages, and manage transactions efficiently
* Upsell menu items to maximise sales and enhance customer satisfaction
* Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic work environment at all times
* Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow
* Follow all health and safety protocols diligently to uphold food safety standards
Requirements
* Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
* Knowledge of food preparation, serving techniques, and food safety regulations is advantageous
* Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods
* Experience with kitchen operations or culinary tasks is a plus
* Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour when interacting with customers
* Ability to work efficiently within a team and adapt quickly to changing priorities
