Responsibilities: We coordinate physical security project activities across multiple operational and infrastructure programmes. We support the delivery of site-wide security services, including security operations, electronic security systems, emergency response, fire safety, and fire response capability. We support continuous improvement initiatives through auditing, process review, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation. We produce and maintain KPI reporting packs, performance dashboards, and operational trackers. We coordinate governance meetings, track actions, and ensure closure of operational deliverables. We support capital expenditure projects relating to security infrastructure and operational capability. We maintain risk management coordination activities across the security function. We support compliance activities relating to environmental, health and safety obligations. We manage supplier administration activities, including invoice processing, cost tracking, and contractor coordination. We maintain operational and compliance documentation in line with regulatory and business requirements. We support security awareness and training initiatives across the wider business.
