Senior Seller Consultant (OB), CN Expansion, Central China

Amazon offers businesses of all sizes the opportunity to sell on its global platform. With over 300 million active customer accounts, including more than 200 million Prime members, Amazon is expanding its infrastructure, especially in cross-border selling.

We are seeking a Senior Seller Consultant to join our China team in Shanghai or Shenzhen. This role involves helping Chinese sellers launch and grow their global businesses, expanding their reach to Amazon customers worldwide, and enhancing customer experience to drive Amazons Flywheel. You will leverage your online business and category management expertise in this position.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, organizational, and technical skills to operate effectively in a dynamic, sometimes ambiguous environment. You will have autonomy to achieve business objectives and will have opportunities to develop innovative ideas and solutions.


Key responsibilities

1. Develop targeted seller recruitment plans based on customer needs.
2. Assist new sellers in onboarding and growth, promoting feature adoption to enhance customer experience.
3. Review seller performance and provide strategic recommendations on positioning, pricing, sales, and advertising.
4. Gain a deep understanding of assigned categories, including market trends, competition, and ecosystem insights.
5. Support leadership and cross-functional teams with strategic initiatives, incorporating seller feedback.
6. Demonstrate results-oriented approach, ownership, customer obsession, and the ability to dive deep into data and operations.


Qualifications

* 5+ years of sales or marketing experience in e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS, or related fields.
* Bachelors degree or higher.
* Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
* Fluent in Mandarin and English.
* Strategic and creative thinking with attention to detail and operational excellence.
* Strong persuasion skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
* Experience working in cross-functional, international environments.
* Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
* Customer-focused mindset.
* Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications include overseas education or work experience, an MBA, and flexibility to work across multiple time zones and languages.
