Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Key Account Manager Northern Cities (Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool) at DrinksOne. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key bar/restaurant and hotel accounts, developing new business, providing excellent customer service, and utilizing DrinksOne.com platform to drive business growth.
Brands include Condesa Mexican Gin, Sake Ono, The Orientalist Spirits, SÛ Tequila, Bonanto Aperitif, Curado Tequilas, St Agrestis Phoeny Negroni, ISH Wines and Spirits, Equiano Rums, SoGood Sake, Emissary Sparkling Wines.
Responsibilities
* Manage key bar, restaurant, and hotel accounts within the Northern Cities region.
* Develop new business opportunities and grow the DrinksOne platform usage with targeted clients.
* Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and brand representation.
Qualifications
* Account Management and Key Accounts experience.
* Analytical skills for data analysis and trend reviews.
* Strong network within the Bar, Hotel, and Restaurant sectors.
* Customer service expertise.
* Must live within a commutable area.
* Experience in the drinks industry required; minimum 5 years.
