The role involves working closely with team managers, planning, and operational staff to help manage a professional customer focused planning service within the Housing Maintenance Team. You would be responsible for leading and managing a team of reactive repairs planners engaged in the provision of a specialised customer service function responding to repairs enquiries from council tenants to provide an efficient and effective repairs service across the borough of Dudley.
