The work you'll be doing Working closely with other members of the team, the wider private client department and our contentious trusts and probate team, you will: Administer large and complex taxable testate and intestate estates including large farms and landed estates and estates with international aspects; Act on behalf of national charities involving complex grant applications including s. 116 applications, grants de bonis non and grants on behalf of trust corporations; and Advise on estates where the administration has been delayed or other problems have arisen such as where an executor has become incapacitated or there has been a disagreement between executors. The team you'll be joining Our expert probate team comprises three senior associates, four associates, three solicitors and four paralegals and forms part of our larger Private Client department.
