Sales Director Key Responsibilities: Own and deliver the sales strategy aligned with our 1:1:1 growth plan. Lead a high-performing sales team (BDMs, Account Managers, Estimators). Drive new business in key sectors: education, healthcare, government. Manage and grow existing client relationships. Contribute to key sales and framework wins. Deliver accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting. Stay on top of industry standards (BS5839, NSI, BAFE).Sales Director Experience: Proven sales leadership experience in fire protection or a technical services industry.
