Creative & Design Responsibilities
Develop visual concepts that communicate ideas effectively.
Design logos, brochures, posters, advertisements, packaging, and other marketing materials.
Create digital graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, and apps.
Ensure brand consistency across all design projects (colors, typography, imagery).
Prepare mockups, prototypes, and presentations for client or stakeholder approval.
Technical Responsibilities
Use design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
Work with different file formats and specifications for print and digital media.
Optimize images and graphics for web performance and accessibility.
Ensure all designs meet production requirements (bleed, resolution, color modes, etc.).
Collaboration & Communication
Collaborate with marketing teams, copywriters, photographers, and developers.
Take creative briefs and turn them into effective visual outputs.
Present design ideas and concepts to clients or management for feedback.
Revise designs based on feedback and ensure deadlines are met.
Strategic & Administrative Tasks
Stay updated on design trends and technologies.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Maintain a portfolio of past work to showcase skills and versatility.
Sometimes assist with brand strategy, UX/UI improvements, or content planning.
