If you’ve worked in SME lending / commercial finance and enjoy owning deals from warm leads, through to closing, this one is for you.

What you’ll be doing
* Managing broker-introduced deals through the full lifecycle
* Building strong relationships with SME finance brokers
* Acting as the main contact for brokers and customers
* Working closely with risk & underwriting to get deals over the line
* Owning onboarding and funding execution
* Managing pipeline, spotting risks & driving deal momentum
* Helping improve processes as the business scales
What you need
* Experience working with broker relationships
* Background in SME lending / fintech / commercial finance
* Proven ability to run deals end-to-end
* Organised, commercially minded and relationship-driven
* Energetic personality - someone who genuinely buys into what they sell
£45k base + OTE circa £60k
