You would be a pivotal member of the engineering team, and would report to the lead engineer.
Responsibilities
* Innovate & Build: With a mixture of automation and manual machinery, mixers, ovens, robotic arms, wrappers – you will be the leading engineer to ensure these are maintained.
* Drive Reliability: Embed advanced maintenance strategies and use continuous improvement techniques to eliminate root‑cause failures.
* Optimize Performance: Maintain and enhance manufacturing equipment to ensure peak operational efficiency.
* Lead with Excellence: Coordinate site engineering activities while upholding the highest H&S and Food Safety standards.
Requirements
* Maintenance Engineer with Electrical understanding (ideally an electrical qualification or time served).
* Engineering Qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent).
* Industry experience.
* FMCG Manufacturing experience.
