Role Description
This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist, based in Haywards Heath with flexibility for occasional remote work. The Sales Specialist will be hungry to succeed, engage with customers to understand their travel needs, design and recommend tailored golf holiday packages, and manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to booking confirmations. The role includes providing excellent customer service, maintaining and nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with the ability to establish and maintain client relationships effectively and drive business.
* Experience and proven success in Sales, including meeting and exceeding targets.
* Organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
* Knowledge of golf holidays, and the industry with a passion for golf being an advantage.
* Proficiency with booking software or CRM systems is a plus.
* Self‑motivation and a results‑driven attitude is key.
