We're looking for a Customer Services officer to join our driven and friendly team working in our busy reception area at our head officer Cornerstone in the centre of Stockport town centre.
Our customer service officers are often the first point of contact for our customers, making them crucial to delivering a first class customer experience.

The successful candidate will:
1. Help us to create a friendly, relaxing and professional environment.
2. Build strong rapport with reoccurring customers.
3. Provide exceptional and efficient customer service to everyone who visits.
4. Answer queries in a caring and helpful way, making sure everyone feels valued.
You will need to be very customer focussed, have excellent written and verbal communication skills a working knowledge of IT and Microsoft Office applications and have a real interest in supporting people who are often in difficult situations.
This is a part time position working 18.5 hours per week Wednesday – Friday between the hours of 8.30am – 5pm.
