Overview

Position: Administrator & Branch Assistant (Part Time)

Salary: £19,500 per annum

Hours: 30 /week MON-FRI 07:00-13:00

Location: Williams, Unit 49, Bilton Way, Bedfordshire, LU1 1UU

Here at Williams, an independent trade-only plumbing and heating merchant, we’re looking for a part-time Administrator & Branch Assistant to join our busy and friendly team in Luton.

This is a varied and active role which mainly involves branch administration (55%), as well as occasionally assisting with: serving customers on the trade counter and over the phone (15%), warehouse duties (15%), and delivery driving (15% - if qualified / not essential).

If you also have previous exposure of working within a plumbing and heating merchants, builders\' merchants or wholesalers, trade counter, DIY, hardware, or any administrative role, we would LOVE to hear from you!

As our Administrator & Branch Assistant, you\'ll be:

* Predominantly carrying out back-office branch administration such as raising and chasing: quotes, purchase orders and returns.

* Delivering products to our trades customers in the local area (if qualified / not essential).

* Maintaining the warehouse, including stock rotation and general housekeeping.

* Serving on the trade counter and handling incoming enquiries.

* Accurately picking orders in preparation for delivery.

* Receiving, checking and storing incoming goods.

* Assisting with the general upkeep of the branch.

* Processing quotes.
