We are looking for a proactive and highly organised individual to play a key role in supporting our commercial and delivery teams within the Asset Integrity service line, helping to drive successful project execution and operational excellence. What you'll be doing: Support projects from tender review through to close-out. Coordinate offshore personnel deployment for new and existing clients. Assist with contract administration, quotations, and project preparation. Manage procurement, logistics, and mobilisation of equipment and personnel. Support invoicing, financial reporting, and import/export activities. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Improve office processes within the Asset Integrity service line. Coordinate training, certification, travel, and accommodation for offshore personnel. What experience you'll bring: HNC/HND/Degree in Business Administration or proven track record of equivalent experience. Previous offshore operational project delivery experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent MS Word and Excel knowledge.
