Job Title:Social Worker – Hospital Team
Location: Lambeth
Rate: £32 per hour
An exciting job role has recently become available for an Adult Social Worker to join our client’s Hospital team based in Lambeth.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will promote strength-based practice and positive change in people’s lives by using social work methods, models, and tools. Your aim will be to help individuals be as independent as possible while managing risks of abuse and neglect.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be successful in this role, you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
