Schools Receptionist Vacancy | Madani Schools Federation Madani Schools Federation is seeking to appoint a receptionist to provide a professional, efficient, and welcoming front of house service for parents, visitors, students and callers within a busy school environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate a friendly and approachable manner, alongside excellent accuracy and attention to detail. You will be confident working in a fast-paced setting, able to manage multiple priorities, and remain calm under pressure. The role requires the ability to work independently using your own initiative, as well as collaboratively as part of a team. Key responsibilities will include managing telephone and face-to-face enquiries and undertaking a range of general clerical and administrative duties to support the smooth running of the school. Previous experience within an educational setting is desirable but not essential. The role will also include First Aid responsibilities; full training will be provided.
