The Role
We are looking for an accomplished Sales Manager with a strong background in the telecommunications industry, specifically in voice termination and origination. This pivotal role will focus on driving new business acquisition, managing key client accounts, and expanding our market presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets within the competitive telecom landscape.
This position is primarily office-based, with regular travel required for client meetings, industry events, and market development. The ideal candidate will adopt a strategic and consultative sales approach, focusing on long-term account development, client retention, and identifying emerging business opportunities in the voice services sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for voice termination and origination services.
* Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the telecommunications market, including carriers, aggregators, and enterprise clients.
* Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
* Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable agreements for Rigglotel Limited.
* Understand client requirements and advise on suitable voice termination and origination solutions.
* Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and contracts for prospective and existing clients.
* Collaborate closely with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client support.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and challenges.
* Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, and forecasting reports.
* Represent Rigglotel Limited at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
Essential Requirements
* Proven B2B sales experience within the telecommunications industry, with a strong focus on voice termination and origination services ( communication skills essential).
* Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Extensive knowledge of the global voice market, including pricing structures, routing, and quality standards.
* Experience in managing complex sales cycles and negotiating high-value contracts.
* Strong understanding of telecommunication technologies and services.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* A professional, results-oriented, and client-focused sales approach.
* Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
