Primary Teacher – Isle of Sheppey

Contract: Full time, long term – September start
Salary: £162 to £223 per day
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute lessons in core subjects such as maths, science, reading and writing in line with national curriculum.
* Assess and track student progress through observations, assignments and tests.
* Communicate effectively with parents/carers regarding student progress and needs.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of students.
* Foster a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes learning and development.
Skills and experience required:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Open to ECT
* Hold a current DBS or are willing to apply for a DBS.
* Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching methods.
* Excellent communication, classroom management and organisational skills.
* Creativity, patience, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
