Our client delivers a varied portfolio of works, including cut and carve, fit out, refurbishment, extensions, and new build projects, with project values typically ranging from £200,000 to £3m. They are open to candidates who can operate in a mixed commercial and project management role, making this an excellent opportunity for a well-rounded construction professional. The Role As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management of projects while also supporting delivery on site. This role will suit someone comfortable working closely with site teams and, where required, taking on elements of project management.
