Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual for the position of on-going Bank Saturday Cover. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our services on Saturdays, providing support to both staff and customers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence and possess the ability to adapt to various tasks throughout the day.
Duties
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Assist with daily operational tasks, ensuring all activities run efficiently.
* Support team members in their duties as required, fostering a collaborative work environment.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
* Handle administrative tasks such as record-keeping and inventory management.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving service delivery.
Skills
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer interaction.
* Excellent organisational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving, demonstrating initiative in addressing challenges.

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
