Job Overview
Clinical Support Worker vacancy within the CAMHS inpatient service, Ancora House.
Shift Pattern
* Rotational shift basis: days, nights, and twilight shifts.
Responsibilities
* Work collaboratively with individual service users, carers, and other stakeholders as part of a supportive multi-disciplinary team.
* Support young people in education.
* Provide varying levels of observation.
* Liaise with external agencies and families/carers.
* Demonstrate understanding and application of the 6 C’s: Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage, and Commitment.
Training & Support
* Comprehensive training programme, including the Prepare to Care (P2C) induction offering up to 3 weeks of training.
