Their ambition is to become the leading training provider for the energy and engineering industries by investing heavily in new technology and innovation.\n\nIn this role, you will be delivering a range of courses, including ECITB appointed person moving loads, GWO slinger signaller, LOLER awareness, and OPITO banksman slinger initial training.
You will be helping to develop the next generation of industry professionals while contributing to the continuous improvement of training standards.\n\nThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in slinging and banksman and will hold the OPITO level 3 certification.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience as a banksman, rigger, or crane operator to transition into a training role where you can make a real difference in people's careers and lives.\n\nThe role:\n\n*Deliver training such as ECITB Appointed Person Moving Loads, GWO Slinger Signaller, LOLER Awareness, and OPITO Banksman Slinger Initial Training\n *Ensure all training aligns with accrediting body and company requirements\n *Support learners throughout the course and provide meaningful feedback\n *Maintain a high standard of delivery in line with this companies values of Innovation, Collaboration, and Excellence\n *Engage in continuous professional development and support colleagues as needed\n *Contribute to the development and improvement of course content\n *Promote and apply the highest standards in Health, Safety, and Environmental policies\n\nThe person:\n\n*Hands-on background in rigging, slinging, banksman, crane operations or appointed person duties\n *OPITO Level 3 qualified (essential)\n *Passion for developing others and guiding professionals through industry-standard training\n *Strong communicator who can convey technical knowledge clearly\n *Organised and calm under pressure, with excellent time management skills\n *Based within a commutable distance of Newcastle
