Join a welcoming, supportive team delivering pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4, guiding students in their learning, and helping to create a positive, purposeful classroom environment when teachers are absent.
Location: BL6, Bolton
Pay: £90–£150 per day (dependent on experience)
Key Stages: KS3 & KS4
Start Date: Immediate
About the Role:
* Deliver engaging, pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects.
* Support students’ learning and encourage positive classroom behaviour.
* Maintain a calm, inclusive learning environment.
* Provide clear feedback to teachers following lessons.
Whether you’re an experienced cover supervisor or a graduate eager to gain classroom experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to build your teaching skills and inspire future generations.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with secondary-aged pupils (or transferable experience such as coaching, mentoring, or youth work).
* Strong knowledge in STEM or Humanities subjects (e.g., Maths, Science, English, Geography, History, Religious Studies).
* Confidence managing a classroom and delivering engaging lessons.
* A calm, professional communicator who builds positive relationships.
* Two educational references and a valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
* Enthusiastic, proactive, and reliable individuals.
* Recent graduates warmly encouraged to apply!
