This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced support staff looking to gain hands-on classroom experience. You don’t need Qualified Teacher Status — confidence, communication skills, and strong behaviour management are key. The Role As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll take responsibility for whole classes during short- and long-term teacher absences, ensuring learning continues smoothly.
