Responsibilities
* Manage and support multiple client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and strong relationships.
* Act as the primary coordinator for all global mobility assignments, liaising internally with specialists and externally with clients.
* Support compliance services and advisory projects, translating complex technical matters into client‑friendly language.
* Assist senior leaders in identifying and developing new business opportunities, expanding existing engagements.
* Oversee financial aspects of client portfolios, monitoring budgets and providing early guidance on risks.
* Mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and fostering professional development.
* Maintain risk awareness, escalating issues appropriately and ensuring compliance with policies.
* Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats to a non‑specialist audience.
* Prioritise workloads, manage timelines and ensure consistent delivery across multiple projects.
* Contribute to a collaborative team culture, encouraging diversity of thought and open communication.
Qualifications & Skills
* Experience in expatriate tax or international social security; ATT or CTA qualifications preferred.
* Proven organisational and project‑management skills – successful delivery under tight deadlines.
* Strong communication skills – able to explain complex technical issues to non‑specialists.
* Risk‑awareness and sound judgement in advising on potential escalations.
* Commercial acumen – monitor budgets and maintain financial integrity within client portfolios.
* Track record of building and sustaining client relationships through interpersonal skills.
* Experience mentoring or supporting junior colleagues in a professional services environment.
* Passion for continuous learning – actively pursue training and development opportunities.
