About the Role
Octopus Energy has exciting opportunities to join our field sales team as a Venues Sales Representative. We’re transforming traditional field sales and marketing, focusing on making energy greener and better for everyone.
We prioritize our customers and are seeking passionate individuals to help us achieve this. As a frontline ambassador of our brand, you will showcase the best of Octopus Energy to the public.
What You'll Do
* Engage directly with customers face-to-face to promote our energy tariffs and low-carbon technologies such as solar panels, heat pumps, and electric vehicles.
* Assist local communities in understanding and choosing Octopus Energy as their supplier by comparing our services with competitors, enabling informed decisions about their energy needs.
* Ensure each customer interaction delivers outstanding service.
What You'll Need
* No prior sales experience required; we will provide training. However, enthusiasm for engaging with customers, confidence, and a passion for delivering excellent service are essential.
* High energy levels and confident communication skills.
* Experience in customer-centric roles, with the ability to provide quick and effective solutions.
* Ability to work collaboratively and inspire others.
* Clear listening skills and attention to detail.
* Honesty, focus, and a commitment to high-quality customer service.
* A valid driving license for traveling to various venues across locations.
Salary: £26,300 per year
Note: Weekend and evening shifts are required.
