All about this role:
The Strategic Accounts team has successfully grown over the past 18 months to become a vital component of our strategic objectives within the UK. Over this short period, the team has successfully partnered with many of the leading global, national, and regional brands operating in the UK and have onboarded thousands of branded restaurant stores across the country. In the last few years, the food delivery industry has experienced unprecedented growth and transformation, and Just Eat has evolved at pace to meet redefined parameters, customer purchase behaviours, and new industry players. We are looking for a superstar Strategic Accounts Team Lead to help us lead the charge in this dynamic and ever-evolving space.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
* Manage and lead a team of high-performing account managers who look after the day-to-day management of our brand partners.
* Own end-to-end performance across a wide portfolio of restaurant partners, providing the drive, momentum and energy to develop and grow these relationships and unlock opportunities.
* Build trusted and productive relationships with our partners at a senior management level, working together to identify win-win opportunities, resolve issues without relying on escalation and unlock growth opportunities..
* Own and oversee monthly, quarterly and top to top performance reviews with restaurant partners and the coordination of content and materials for Head of/Director level reviews.
* Define and drive our annual business plans with brand partners, working with your team of account managers to generate ideas and input - and with the Head of Strategic Accounts to ensure the plan covers the key business strategic objectives and overall functional goals.
* Lead team-wide initiatives, broadening your scope and impact
* Foster key relationships and connections across the wider sector.
* Develop a deep understanding of the takeaway and dining sectors, including trends and the competitive landscape.

* Proven track record of successful team development and leadership; you excel at motivating, inspiring and empowering others and creating a positive team culture
* Experience in a strategic partnerships or B2B commercial role
* Proven ability to grow accounts through effective engagement, identification and implementation of win-win opportunities and long-term planning
* Strong understanding of B2B and a proven ability to work cross-functionally to achieve success
* You are a highly effective communicator, able to present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels; you are skilled at building and maintaining trust
* Thought leadership that delivers results and raises the bar for the team and the business
