FLT Driver/Yard Assistant | Full Time | St Leonards-on-Sea
THE ROLE:
Join us as our FLT Driver/Yard Assistant within our Palletforce Logistics Sussex Site.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that loads are prepared and dispatched on time, in compliance with health and safety requirements. You will also carry out general day-to-day warehouse duties, supporting smooth and efficient operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
* Ensuring vehicles are loaded correctly and able to meet the customer requirements of delivery on time.
* Loading and unloading trunk vehicles for our network
* Ensuring customers pallets are handled correctly
* Ensuring warehouse is kept clean and tidy in line with H&S
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
* Valid FLT licence/certification
* Proven experience operating a forklift safely
* Good understanding of health & safety regulations
* Basic numeracy and literacy (for stock handling & paperwork)
* Ability to follow instructions and procedures
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Physical fitness for manual handling tasks
