We are seeking suitable applications from highly capable and values-driven Speech Pathologists to join our dynamic Speech Pathology team at Sir Charles Gairdner Osborne Park Health Care Group (SCGOPHCG).
This is a Recruitment Pool for Permanent Full Time / Part Time, Fixed Term Full Time / Part Time and Casual appointments. Fixed Term and Casual appointments will be made with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 10 November 2026.
What is our Speech Pathologist role?
This position is responsible for assessing patients, diagnosing swallowing and communication difficulties, and planning optimum speech pathology management. Our service includes both Sir Charles Gairdner and Osborne Park Hospital sites. The role includes:
1. Providing excellent, consumer focussed Speech Pathology care to allocated caseload.
2. Working collaboratively with medical, nursing and allied health staff as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
3. Working closely with Speech Pathology colleagues to prioritise workload.
We have services across 7 days and weekend work may be required.
