HGV Class 2 Driver
Rapier Employment is recruiting Class 2 (Cat C) HGV Drivers for work based in Northampton NN4 area. This role offers flexible shift patterns, competitive pay rates, and the opportunity for a permanent position.

Pay Rates (PAYE)
1. Weekday AM shifts (4:00am–8:00am): £ per hour
2. Weekday overtime: £ per hour
3. Weekend day shifts: £ per hour
4. Weekend overtime: £ per hour
Shift Patterns
5. AM starts from 4:00am
6. Ad hoc work available
7. 5 on / 3 off
8. 4 or 5 days per week (minimum of 1 weekend day required)
9. Thursday–Monday
10. Tuesday–Saturday
Average 4–6 drops per shift
Typical shift length 9–10 hours
Job Role
11. Multi-drop deliveries to small retail stores
12. Cage and pallet work involved
13. Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and on time
14. Follow health and safety procedures at all times
15. This is a physical role; applicants MUST be fit and comfortable with manual handling
Driver Requirements
16. Minimum 6 months HGV Class 2 experience
17. Maximum 6 penalty points (no DR, DD or IN codes)
18. Valid Digital Tachograph Card
19. Valid Driver CPC
