A highly respected specialist property litigation firm is seeking a senior lawyer to lead and grow its London presence as part of a wider national expansion strategy.
This is a rare leadership opportunity for an established property litigation specialist to build, shape and scale a London office, while remaining hands‑on with complex, high‑value work.
The Role
* Lead and develop a growing London office, including future team expansion
* Act as the senior escalation point for complex or strategic matters
* Drive business development and strengthen client relationships across London and the South
* Establish and enhance the firm’s profile in the London property market
* Work closely with senior leadership on strategy, performance and growth
* Oversee quality, compliance and operational standards
About You
* 10+ years’ PQE with deep expertise in property litigation
* Strong background in landlord & tenant, leasehold, service charge and building safety disputes
* Proven commercial acumen with experience developing clients and work streams
* Confident leader with experience supervising senior lawyers and teams
* Motivated by the opportunity to build something with long‑term impact
Previous experience launching or growing a practice, team or office in London would be highly advantageous.
