This position is responsible for assisting in end-to-end procurement activities and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal procedures. 1. Assist the Procurement Manager in executing effective and compliant procurement activities, both above and below the relevant regulatory thresholds.
2. Contracts Register Management: Support the development and maintenance of the organization's contracts register, ensuring that all information is current and accurate.
3. Serve as the initial point of contact for all procurement inquiries sent to the procurement inbox, directing queries to the appropriate personnel and providing accurate and timely responses.
4. Assist in communicating the Procurement Framework across the organisation, offering guidance and facilitating knowledge sharing.
5. Independently process low-level procurement's as needed.
