Salary: £27,750 per annum plus benefits, including 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, an Employee Assistance Programme, company pension, a modern collaborative working environment, professional development opportunities, and free on-site parking.

Job Type: Full-time, permanent
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, with flexible start and finish times and core hours of 8:00am to 4:30pm.
Job Overview
Strategic Lead Generation
Proactively generate new business enquiries while adding value to existing accounts across the companys multiple disciplines.
Support the companys presence at industry exhibitions and help turn these events into valuable lead generation opportunities.
Build connections within the local area to create opportunities and open doors with prospective businesses.
Pipeline Nurturing
Create meaningful engagement through strategic telephone outreach and industry events, acting as a trusted first point of contact for prospective clients.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a consistent and effective follow-up process, creating a strong link between marketing and sales activity.
Creative Marketing
Work alongside the Marketing Manager to help create engaging web and sales materials using tools such as WordPress and Canva.
Support outbound campaigns that keep the company visible and maintain regular touchpoints across the prospect database.
CRM Data Management
Use Salesforce to track and manage new leads, helping provide valuable insights to the wider team.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date account and prospect data, ensuring information is actionable and supports both sales and marketing activity.
Candidate Requirements
Around 2 years experience in a similar sales support or marketing-led growth role would be advantageous.
A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field would be beneficial.
Practical experience with systems such as WordPress and email marketing automation platforms would be useful.
Knowledge of CRMs such as Salesforce would be desirable for pipeline management, reporting, and maintaining high-quality data.
Professional marketing qualifications such as CIM or DMI would be an advantage.
Confidence using Canva to create professional, brand-aligned marketing and sales materials would be beneficial.
A full UK driving licence is required
