Administrator with HSE experience - £15.69 per hour
Location: Newhouse Industrial Estate, Holytown
Shifts: Monday to Thursday 7.30am - 4.15pm and Friday 7.30am - 11.30am
Temporary with potential to go permanent
Working in the Facilities and HSE department you will provide generalist administration support to the team. If you're organised, flexible, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the management of building maintenance schedules, contractor coordination, and service requests
2. Maintain accurate records of facilities contracts, permits, and service agreements
3. Track and manage asset registers, office supplies, and equipment servicing schedules
4. Maintain up-to-date records of safety audits, risk assessments, incident reports, and corrective actions
5. Track HSE training requirements, certifications, and ensure timely renewals
6. Assist in preparing HSE documentation, compliance reports, and regulatory submissions
7. Manage departmental correspondence, filing systems, and databases
8. Assist in budget tracking, invoice processing, and procurement activities
9. Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes
Key Skills and Experience:
10. Prior experience in administration within facilities management, HSE, or a similar environment.
11. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
12. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and record management systems
13. Knowledge of HSE regulations and facilities management practices (advantageous)
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
15. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
