Sales Operations Manager

Belfast, hybrid

The Sales ( Go‑to‑Market (GTM)) Operations Manager plays a critical role in supporting the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Sales leadership at Intapp. Reporting to the Director of GTM Strategy and Operations, this role is responsible for high quality reporting, operational support, and analytics that drive sales effectiveness and revenue growth

What You Will Do:

Forecasting & Reporting

1. Develop and maintain recurring reporting packages, including pipeline insights, sales attainment tracking, and productivity metrics, to improve visibility across GTM leadership.
2. Prepare performance summaries and trend analyses for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), providing clear and actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
3. Support the forecasting cycle by consolidating inputs, validating assumptions, and delivering insights to Sales leadership.
4. Partner cross functionally to build sustainable, automated reporting systems that improve data reliability and reduce manual effort

Sales Operations Service Desk

5. Manage, track, and resolve inquiries from the Sales Operations Service Desk, ensuring timely responses and a high-quality experience for internal stakeholders.
6. Identify trends in service desk cases and proactively recommend process improvements, documentation updates, or system enhancements to reduce recurring issues.

What You Will Need:

7. Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, data analytics, economics, or a related field.
8. 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Operations role.
9. Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
10. Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau; experience with Alteryx is a plus.
11. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, self-starter mindset and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
12. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
